Archives of the Bulletin of the Rhododendron Society of Canada

The Journal of the Rhododendron Society of Canada was published between 1978 and 1995. This page lists the dates of all issues published during this period. Each Issue has a Table of Contents which allows readers to review the Issue's contents. Articles in these issues were drawn from a variety of sources but most of the articles dealt with activities and experiences of growers, hybrydizers and researchers in Eastern Canada: i.e. in the Atlantic Region and in Ontario and Quebec.

One has but to double click on the date of an Issue to have the Issue open in one's browser. These files are pdf files and require Adobe Acrobat^®Reader program to read them.

The Niagara Chapter, Rhododendron Society of Canada, undertook the task of creating an archive of all issues of the Journal that could be located. These issues are currently being scanned and are being made available on the web pages as the work progresses. The task will be completed by mid year 2007.

Copyright for each article is retained by individual authors and by the current Board of Rhododendron Society of Canada. Permission is granted for brief quotes, from any article for review or research purposes, not to exceed 10% of the total content of the article. Attribution to the author and to the Journal is required. Permission to reproduce complete articles may be obtained by contacting the webmaster at rhodosrus@gmail.com.
